General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The present general conditions of sale (known as CGV) apply without restriction or reserve to all the sales concluded by the breeding La Tribu de Dana - Laurent Loïzzo (the salesman) near nonprofessional purchasers "the customer or the customers" wishing to acquire a puppy.

Reservation :

All reservation requests must be discussed with the breeder beforehand and a visit to the farm must be made whenever possible.

To reserve your puppy, you will be asked to return the reservation contract (provided by the breeder) along with an^initial deposit of €200.

The pre-reservation will be effective upon receipt of these documents by the kennel.

Once the adopter has selected a puppy, they will be asked to pay a^second deposit of €500.

Puppies are not selected until the^4th week, and selections are made in the order in which reservations are received.

Once the choice has been made, the^second installment is then collected.

The^second deposit is only refunded to the buyer if the puppy has a redhibitory defect before leaving the kennel, or in case of death.

Puppy prices:

Our Altdeutsche Schäferhunde and Australian Shepherd puppies are sold: 1600 €uros - regardless of sex or colour.

Our King Charles Spaniel puppies are priced at €2,000 (as pets) and €2,300 (for breeding)

Puppy selection:

We take great care in monitoring the development of our puppies both physically and behaviourally. In addition to your preference for a particular puppy, we will advise you on the different temperaments that we can define so that it best suits your wishes, your environment and your lifestyle.

Our puppies leave the kennel at 8 weeks old, 10 weeks for the Cavaliers King Charles.

The adopter must come and pick up the puppy at the kennel.

The balance must be paid before the puppy leaves.

Our puppies are sold as pets. If the buyer in the future changes the destination of the puppy, (for confirmation, reproduction, show, agility ...) the breeder can not be held responsible in case of failure, and no money can be claimed.

When our puppies leave the kennel, they are vaccinated, chipped (ICAD identification card), and dewormed every 15 days since their birth.

On the day of departure, we will give you a health booklet, a health certificate issued by a veterinarian, as well as an information document on the criteria and specific needs of the puppy, in order to accompany you as well as possible for its first steps, to give you advice for its education, its food, its health... to succeed as well as possible in integrating it into your family

In the following weeks, we will send you :

An SCC birth certificate for Australian Shepherds and King Charles Spaniels – puppies registered with the LOF
A pedigree N.V.B.K (Belgium) for Altdeutsche Schäferhunde (not LOF)

Under Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code " any consumer has the right to have recourse free of charge to a mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute between him and a professional".
To this end, any dispute that may arise in connection with this contract shall, in the first instance, be subject to mediation, which shall be requested from Médiavet. Website: http: //mediavet.net
